Fast Track Defense: Build Readiness. Move with Purpose.

Most new students begin with two classes per week. This pace allows you to build a strong foundation, absorb essential skills, and develop real confidence…without overload or pressure.

As your training progresses, students may choose to add Saturday Precision Striking. This supplemental session sharpens timing, accuracy, and power through focused, high-rep static drills that reinforce skill under fatigue.
