The 18 Luohan Hands were never exercises.

They were internal templates…precision frameworks developed more than 1,500 years ago to restructure the human body from the inside outward.

While many Shaolin systems became public…Buddhist Qigong, Muscle Tendon Change, Bone Marrow Washing…Neigong exists at a higher tier.

Neigong is not conditioning.
