American Kickboxing: Build Your Base. Find Your Flow.

American Kickboxing is where most students begin. The focus is on building a strong technical foundation…proper form, efficient movement, conditioning, and confidence that develops session by session.

Most new students start with two classes per week, allowing the fundamentals to take root while stamina and skill improve naturally over time. Progress here is not rushed. The work accumulates…and it shows.

When you are ready to deepen your training, students are invited to add Saturday Precision Striking…a supplemental session dedicated to refining technique, speed, and accuracy through structured, static drills.

This training is not about how fast you move.
It’s about consistency, control, and letting disciplined work compound.

You will be met where you are…and coached forward from there.

Access to classes begins with a required onboarding session.
