The Day I Realized Most Martial Arts Don’t Work for Men Over 55… And What I Did About It

A1: Yes. We use low impact entries, simple mechanics, and smart progressions. You will build capacity without grinding your joints.

Q2: What should I expect in the first two classes
A2: A short consult, range and balance drills, simple striking, and travel focused scenarios, parking lots, hotel lobbies, elevators.

Q3: I travel a lot for work, will this really help
A3: Yes. We train situational awareness, bag management, posture, and decision trees for rideshares, airports, and unfamiliar streets.

Q4: Do I need previous experience

Q5: How is this different from a cardio kickboxing class
